This fantastic surf trip takes you to the remote eastern Island of Sumbawa.

Nestled away in a surf haven on the south eastern corner of Sumbawa, you get to discover or improve your surfing skills without the crowds of most breaks.  If this sounds good, than this is the tour for you!


High tide beginner lesson


Schedule:
Trips depart from Bali to Sumbawa all year round.  The entire moon phase can offer great surfing in Sumbawa.  However, the days after a full moon or new moon have the biggest tide changes, there by offering up a few extra hours of high tide at most spots that would be less accessible during a middle moon phase. 

Surfing seasonal overview for east Sumbawa: 
Surf always seems to be very steady in Indonesian waters.  This is very evident in Sumbawa.  This exposed section of coastline catches swell all year round. 
In fact the off season months from December to February offer a golden opportunity in Sumbawa to catch quality un-crowded surf!  However, bad weather would definitely have an affect on surf conditions.  Generally surf locations experience a wetter time of the year between December and February.  But foul weather times are unpredictable and can occur during all months of the year.  Send us your desired departure date or time frame and we will reply with dates that we think would offer the best surfing conditions during your time frame.
